The administration of your wedding list is handled at our head office in Berkshire. It is here that our dedicated team receive enquiries and purchase requests, relating to your list.
Nowadays, the vast majority of guests choose to purchase presents online. This process is simple, quick and totally secure. Guests can buy presents on their own, as part of a group, or on behalf of someone else and are encouraged to leave a personal message with their purchase.
Of course not everybody is happy to shop online. Our knowledgeable team in the Hungerford office is always on hand to answer questions, send out lists by post, or process orders over the telephone.
If your guests would like to see the present they are buying, they are more than welcome to visit one of our showrooms.
